The Best Way to Attract Women

The art of attraction.  It works in mysterious ways but one thing for sure, it can be mastered.  I am not the best looking man.  There are things about me that many women might not find attractive, but that doesn't stop me from approaching women, talking to women, and getting dates (so on so forth).

The key?  Here is the list

1.  Confidence
2.  Humor
3.  Being the "Nice-Bad Boy"

How do you build confidence? How do you make a girl Laugh? How do you become the Nice guy she needs but bad boy she wants? Easy it all starts with the base. Confidence; without it you wont be able to pull off the other two segments.

How do you Build Confidence? Easy

1. Get in shape: Transform your body to your desired liking.  Be it really ripped like an Action FIgure,, as huge as the HULK or just to lose a few pounds. You do what ever it takes so that you feel comfortable and more Confident in your appearance. Dont neglect your legs! Women have always told me they hate guys with nice upper bodies but they lower body is trash. So keep your legs active as well!

2.  Keep yourself groomed: Females like a well groomed man.  Clean Shave, nice hair cut, clear skin, good skin.  Let the 5'O clock come in sometimes, women think its hot.

3.  Get the gear:  Go shopping for yourself.  Buy some nice shirts. Nice pans. Some nice cologne and perhaps some shoes.  Shopping is the best part because you can define yourself here.  Stand out from the crowd. And you can be relatively cheap as well! Kohl's, Ross, TJ Max, JCP these store carry name brand on the cheap! Nike, Polo, Gucci on the CHEAP!

Here is a  sample workout to get your Chest, Abs, Arms, and Back shredded and toned.
Do this workout for 3 weeks

Monday:
Bench Press: 3 x 12 reps @ light, medium  weight
Push-Ups: 3 x 12 reps @ light, medium weight
Dumb Bell Hammer Curls: 3 x 12 reps @ light, medium weight
Triceps Kick backs: 3 x 12 reps *per Arm* @ light, medium weight
Abs: 350 reps

Wednesday:
Squat: 3 x 12 reps @ light, medium weight
Walking Lunges: 3 x 12 reps @ light,  medium weight
Hamstring Curls: 3 x 12 reps @ light, medium weight
Leg Press: 3 x 12 reps @ light, medium weight
Abs: 350 reps

Friday:
Incline Bench Press: 3 x 12 reps @ light, medium weight
Dumb Bell Flys: 3 x 12 reps @ light, medium weight
Push-ups: 3 x 12 reps @ light, medium weight
Cable machine Bicep Curls: 3 x 12 reps @ light, medium weight
Cable Machine Triceps pull downs: 3 x 12 reps @ light, medium weight

Once you get the body you want, you can work on your GAME!
Marilyn Monroe said "If you can make a girl laugh, you can make her do anything." The best advice. What I recommend doing, if you have no clue on how to make a girl laugh, watch comedy movies, stand-up comics.

Here is what you need to do

1.  Smile, always smile.  Females don't wanna see you mean muggin while you walking through the club or bar, or coffee shop or where ever.  Smile and be inviting.

2.  When you are radiating with confidence, females can sense it.  Attract them to you by doing little things during conversations such as using silly pick-up lines that are obviously pick-up lines but they are so bad they are funny! And once you got them laugh you can follow up by saying "I like that you have a sense of humor as well as beauty."

There are a number of ways to make women laugh, you just got to try and figure out what works best for you.

The last step is "Being the Nice-Bad Boy"

You hear it all too often.  "Why does the girl always go with the bad-boy, when the nice guys finish last?"  Well its very simple, women like the danger in life, a guy who can take her out of her comfort zone and blow her mind.  Nice guys are always "baby, let me get this for you." or "Ill do it for you, or ill be there in a second."  There is a fine line between being nice and being a bad-boy.

You have to find that medium, so that you can be her " Chivalrous Knight in shining armor" and her "I dont give a fuck lover."

How do you do this?

1.  Stop catering to her every need. +  2.  Compliment her on her outfit and not her physical appearance. = 3.  Make her feel special, while make her work for you affection.

Easier said then done, but once you have  the base CONFIDENCE, anything is possible.  So do the workouts, find your confidence, buy the gear, meet the women, make them laugh, and stop putting them on the pedistol. Be cocky, yet funny. Be mysterious yet alluring. Like anything else. You can't meet women if you dont talk to them, so go and talk to women. Don't be afraid, just say "Hi, my name is....how are you doing today?" and go from there. Don't be afraid of rejection. So what? Women out number men in our world. There are billions of other females willing to hit on by you hahaha.

Jump Higher: Advanced Workout

Ever wanted to jump higher?  Maybe you want to dunk the basketball or maybe you want to be able to jump for the football over a defensive back or wide receiver.  With these 2 easy combo moves you can easily incorporate them into your weekly lower body routine and gain from them exponentially. However this type of workout is only recommended for persons who have a solid strength base, and corrdination. This is an advanced workout and should not be attempted by Novices. 


The Concept

Complex training is the completion of a lift and immediately after, engage in plyometrics work. Rest for 4mins between sets.

Thy Workout:

Warm-up: jog 5mins

Squat:  4 sets of 4 reps @85% 1RM
Jump Squats: 4 sets of 10 reps
Rest 4mins between sets

Power Clean:  4 sets of 4 reps @85% 1RM
Jump Lunge: 4 sets of 10 reps (5 per leg)

Tips

It is recommended that you do this workout for 3 weeks. Incorporate it into your workout sessions.  A rule of thumb always rest at least a day between workouts and never train the same muscle groups on consecutive days. 

When doing the Jump Squats and Jump Lunges, be QUICK, POWERFUL, EXPLOSIVE. Limit your time on the ground. As soon as your toes hit the ground, explode back up.  You want to spend more time in the air, less time on the ground.

Final thoughts

IF you want to jump higher you need to train your fast twitch muscle fibers as well as gain strength. By reppin' out at 85% of your 1RM (one rep Max) one will get stronger, be more explosive and ultimately jump higher.
