2 Powerful Combo Moves For a Bigger Chest!

Every guy wants that big, defined, ripped chest. Here are two powerful combo moves that  will increase ur strength and get you that god like chest you have always dreamed of.

The Concept:


Thru this revolutionary technique I developed called "Binary Boost" sculpting the lower exterminates is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Binary Boost at its most basic level is: completing a specific exercise  @85% of 1RM at a set amount of reps, then immediately as you finish the set, you would then do another exercise targeting the same muscle group completing 3 - 10 more reps than the previous exercise.

What this does is, works on strength and build power and size!


Example:

Squat: 4 sets of 4 reps
Binary Boost: Lunges 4 sets of 12 reps

Do squat, as soon as you are done with that set of squat immediately do the 20 reps of Lunges. Then take rest/recovery.

Thy Workout:

Bench Press:  4sets of 4 reps @ 85% 1RM
Binary Boost:  Plyo Push-ups 4 sets of 12 reps

Incline Press: 4 sets of 5 reps @ 85% 1RM
Binary Boost: Decline Diamond Push-ups: 4 sets  of 12 reps

Final Thoughts:

With these two powerful combo moves, one is able to gain strength and power as well as discover the power a more defined and chiseled chest can offer.

3 Combo Moves for sexy toned legs, and a greater Booty.

I have 3 powerful moves that will keep your legs toned, and sexy as well as make your booty amazing.


The Moves

1. Goblet Squats
2. Jump Squats
3. Walking Lunges
4. Step - ups
5. Lying Hamstring Curls


The Workout

1.  Goblet Squats: 3 sets of 12 reps

2.  Jump Squats: 3 sets of 12 reps

3. Walking Lunges: 3 sets of 20 total steps (10 steps each leg)

4. Step-ups: 3 sets of 12 reps

5. Lying Ham: 3 sets of 12 reps

Final Thoughts

Everyone can have amazing looking legs and booty. Even guys looking for stronger, and better looking legs can utilize this type of workout.  These 3 combo moves are High impact so they should never be done 2days in a row, always allow for sufficient recovery before doing this workout again.

Depending on my training cycle I usually have a break between training days
Example: I workout on Monday -Legs, Tuesday - Upper body, Wednesday Rest , Thursday - Legs, Friday -Upper Body. Weekend Rest and Active recovery i.e. run, or play basketball.

Lose weight Fast with these 5 powerful steps!

Losing weight is as easy as 1, 2, and 3.  Most people THINK that losing weight means changing their entire life. WRONG. Take little steps to achieve the body and lifestyle you want.  With these 3 steps one can successfully start to feel better, lose weight, and become more active.

The Tips

1.  Walk, Jog, or Ride your bike for 30mins everyday
     -  Walk a pet, take your kids for a bike ride.
     -  Gradually increase to physical activity for an hour

2.  Always eat breakfast in the morning.
     -  This will boost metabolism
     -  Thus jump starting the weight loss process

3.  Stay away from weight scales
     -  There are a number of factors that influence weight.
     -  Scales can be distracting and can lower confidence if it does not read
        your desired weight.
     -  Stay focused and determined.  Weight loss goals will come to those
        who stay positive.

4.  Portion control
     -  Try to drink water or juice
     -  You need to control how much food you eat. Think, smaller serving 6 times a day.


5.  Have fun!
     -  It is your workout make it fun!
     -  Put on your music headphones and jam out to your favorite tunes as
        you exercise.

Final Thoughts 
Stay Positive, have fun with exercise, and take little steps.  There is no need to dramatically change your lifestyle in one day.  Gradually shift gears, and a healthier lifestyle will be yours.
